River tumbled shungite is black shungite that has been gently tumbled only to knock off the rough edges - just until rounded, but left unpolished.

The top of this piece of shungite has a natural dip where the heart naturally rests.

The sodalite chunk is actually an incense holder (see photos) - you can see the tiny hold drilled in the middle to hold a stick of incense. The base of the sodalite has been covered with soft felt.

Sodaliteclears negative energy,improves focus and intuition. It is said to promote awakening and stimulate the third-eye chakra and pineal gland. It also works on the throat chakra, assisting in self-expression and confidence, and helping clear mental confusion.
